A lot of people are excited about this signing but I see people who are questioning the Eagles. We all know Vick committed a heinous crime but he did his time. It seems like people wanted Vick to be banned for life from the NFL. Vick has fallen hard from where he was 3 years ago. He is humbled and will be doing all the right things from here on out. America is full of second chances and Vick deserve his just like everybody else who has committed a crime. 

What is interesting is when you compare Michael Vick's situation with Donte Stallworth's. Vick killed dogs and got about 2 years in jail. Stallworth drives drunk and kills a man and gets about 30 days in jail. How does that make sense? Do we value the life animals more than we do humans? Yes Vick bankrolled the dog fighting operation for years but it comes down to killing dogs or humans. Earlier in the week Roger Goodell suspended Stallworth for one year. So its safe to say that he'll be back in somebody's camp for the 2010 season.

I don't think we will ever get the reasoning behind my question. When Stallworth returns to the NFL I better hear the same people questioning why he is playing again.
